Nick Bakaris
Swiss educated and with a passion and zest for property development has created a vision called Marcus Park. Nick has been involved in multiple projects ranging from oil, gas and energy, to information technology projects incorporating smart prepaid systems. He envisions developing Marcus Park using his expertise in these fields to develop a smart green development, a first for Zimbabwe.
Maria Bakaris
A respected and passionate marketer, educated at the University of Cape Town, Maria has worked and developed strategies for leading chain stores in Greece. Maria has recently returned to Zimbabwe bringing with her a wealth of experience which complements the team in marketing Marcus Park.
Aggie Berry
Educated in Poland, Aggie is an accountant and has been involved in various firms where she is highly respected. Having moved to Zimbabwe five years ago, Marcus Park is proud to have a person of Aggie’s experience on board.
Portia Muforo
Portia joins our team as our Project Manager which is a little diverse from her real estate back ground. She has worked in the real estate industry since 2003 till March 2023, working for 3 prominent estate agencies in Harare during her 20 years in the field. Portia completed her Estate Agent Negotiators Exam in 2006, sat her Estate Agents Council Exams in 2011 and qualified as a Registered Estate Agent in May 2021.
Henry Matirira
Henry has worked for the Bakaris family for 40 years, starting off as a general hand, moving his way up to a sales and admin clerk, and doing all sorts of jobs in between, a true jack of all trades! Henry’s experience is invaluable to this project.
